At InlayMaison, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all eligible orders.

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable delivery partners. Delivery timelines typically range between 5–15 business days, depending on the product, destination, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Origin

Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be shipped from:

  • Our other workshop and fulfillment center
  • Our U.S. warehouse and fulfillment center

This allows us to provide efficient delivery while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable fees must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs office before delivery.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated where applicable.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your InlayMaison purchase.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For verified damage, defects, or shipping errors, return shipping costs will be covered by InlayMaison.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Custom-made furniture
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification

Natural Variations

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations may occur in:

  • Wood grain
  • Color tones
  • Inlay patterns
  • Texture and finish

These characteristics are part of the product’s unique artisanal nature and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns approved for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the varying sizes and weights of furniture, wall art, and décor pieces, return shipping charges will be calculated based on:

  • Product dimensions
  • Weight
  • Delivery destination

Return shipping fees will be communicated before return authorization is issued.

Large furniture items may require specialized freight transportation and may incur additional return costs.

Important Return Guidelines

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be returned in original condition.
  • Original protective packaging should be used whenever possible.
  • Products damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been fully processed.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, finish, or design, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
